RAM SVEIS OG BEMANNING AS has signed a long-term agreement with Aker Solutions to supply certified manpower for oil & gas, marine, and renewable-energy projects through 2028.

Because RAM already has a strong European recruitment pipeline, fast backfilling and rotational staffing will keep Aker Solutions’ schedules on track even during peak seasons.
Moreover, the agreement introduces uniform HSE routines and standardized quality checks on all yards from Vestland to Trøndelag.
Consequently, Aker Solutions can execute maintenance and upgrades with less risk of delay.
